The start was even with chances at both ends, Harwich took the lead through
a mistake in the Melford defence with Sharp and Gammage leaving the ball to one another letting the Harwich
forward through and shoot past keeper Daniels.
Skeggs then put Perry through but Perry failed to finish. We then
pushed on and with our best move of the game saw Skeggs score to make it 1-1 at
half time.
Second half was much the same as the first Harwich went 2-1 up then we woke
up and their right back took Wiffin down just outside the box, Skeggs' free kick was saved by the keeper.
We pushed on and Skeggs scored his
second and made it 2-2. It was a fair result as Harwich had six 1st team players
as their 1st team had no game. Well done everyone.
