We started well and knocked the ball about for the 1st 20 minutes where we took the lead through Tom Perry and then Luke Simpson made it 2-0. Brantham then got on top of the game and scored from a corner to make it 2-1. They then got a pen and scored to make it 2-2 at half time.

We came out for the 2nd half and play was even for 15 minutes with Ben Simpson 1 on 1 with the Brantham keeper in which the keeper stuck up a hand and saved the lob from Ben. After that Brantham took control of the game again.

We then dug in and battled well with some great tackles from all over the pitch.But in injury time Brantham scored from another corner to make it 3-2. We then gave another pen away which they scored, so it was a 4-2 loss.

But it was a great performance from all of the players after not having played since the 12th Dec. PS Dan Gammage we have a set of stabilizers on order to keep you on your feet.
