CHRIS TRACEY HAS AGREED TO JOIN STANWAY ROVERS AS THEIR NEW MANAGER (April 15, 2008)
It has been announced that the Melford Player Manager Chris Tracey has been appointed to take over as the Stanway Rovers FC Manager within the next week.
The news will come as a shock to many and is a great disappointment to everyone at Melford, but as this is progression for Chris Tracey he leaves with the best wishes and thanks of all at Long Melford Football Club.
For the remaining games of the season General Manager Paul Grainger will take charge at Melford with assistance from Reserve Manager Ryan Owens. The whole situation will be reviewed by the Board at Long Melford Football Club at the end of the season.
