STONEYLANDS TO HOST THE 2007/08 UMBRO SUFFOLK MINOR CUP FINAL (March 29, 2008)
Long Melford Football Club will host the final of the 2007/08 Umbro Suffolk Minor Cup on Sunday 6th April. The match between Cornard United U15 and Cockfield United U15 will kick off at 2.15pm at Stoneylands.
Cockfield entered the competition in the 1st Round back in October so have had to win 5 matches to make it to the final, Cornard came in at the 2nd Round where they managed to defeat Whitton Sports Centre by the incredible scoreline of 18-0.
Congratulations to both sides on their success in the competition, we look forward to hosting the final next Sunday.
